How long will I have to wait for a technician?
Generally a 2-3 day wait, however we may occasionally see you even sooner.


Will My equipment get taken away for repairs?
Most equipment is repaired immediately on site, however at times further investigation
is required and the technician may recommend the machine is attended to in our workshop.
Should this occur, the machine will be immediately returned to upon completion.
