Maintenance
How do I keep my Treadmill in good condition?
• Ensure all of your exercise equipment is used on stable level flooring.
• Keep your treadmill away from dust, kitty Litter etc. Dust may accumulate on the motor
and under the running mat. This may result in overheating and ultimately the breakdown
of your machine.  Under such circumstances the Warranty may become invalid
due to poor maintenance of the machine.
A good way to ensure your treadmill remains almost dust free is to place on a a good quality
  treadmill Mat.
• Do lubricate the running mat, however DO not use household lubricant such as WD-40on
your treadmill, this may cause some major damage to the machine.
When lubricating a small spray under the mat on both sides should suffice and if using the
machine everyday ensure the running mat is lubricated every 10 days.
• Do not plug your treadmill into a power strip with other appliances.
• If using an extension cord, ensure it is rated to  supply the treadmill.
Smaller extension cords are usually for smaller appliances.
